About
Owner and director, Eddie Bithell, has over 17 years of experience in the building industry. His experience includes managing multi-million dollar new-build architectural homes, large-scale renovations/re-builds, and high-rise commercial construction. Eddie has been running new-build construction since he was a third-year apprentice and has been heavily involved in projects from the Bay of Plenty to central Otago all the way through to Canada, the UK and Australia. He believes that working with such a broad range of cultures and climates combined with different materials and ways to construct has shaped him into a skilled and accomplished professional, with a unique and vast knowledge that not all construction professionals in New Zealand have.

Design and Build
At Lionsfeld projects we believe it is extremely important to have a meticulously well planned project. Time and time again we have seen poorly designed plans with weak detailing and things that simply do not work in a practical setting.
We will work closely with the architect as your representative to make sure you get the home you have always dreamed of, without any costly design blowouts.
We pride ourselves in our ability to spot these design flaws, and we believe that our extensive industry knowledge and experience is our most valuable tool at this stage of the job.
Removing these design related build complications early saves both time and money and makes for a stress free start to the build.

Pride yourself in your own design abilities? Have a vision so clear it's like it's carved into your retina? We would love to hear it, or better yet see it. With the tools available and the ability to easily access information on how to use them, why not try your hand at a program like google sketch and use it to share your vision instead of trying to explain it with words.
From there we can turn these sketches into plans ready for consent and something you can be really proud of.

Great, we can still provide a free design consultation to ensure that things have been designed in a practical and cost effective way. Along with competitive pricing on the build itself.
Project Management
Here at Lionsfeld projects we are very passionate about project management and believe it is one of the most, if not the most integral part of any project.
Each project is allocated a project manager for the duration of the build, they will be present from preliminary stages through to completion and your point of contact for anything related to the project.
We believe that our great communication skills and meticulous project management make for a well informed and personalised company/client relationship and a stress-free build process.
